This project was created during digital photography class in spring of 2020 at Diablo Valley College. The concept was to reconstruct and create an image of already existing artwork. I chose the painting titled “The Witness” by Bahar Sabzevari, an Iranian visual artist based in New York whose work I’m fascinated by and admire. The first image is the recon artwork and the second image is the actual painting. For this project, several digital photos were taken for the composition, then photoshop was used to create the reconstructed art image.
